High Grown Teas

Our teas are grown at 4000 feet above sea level without the use of pesticides. The estates that produce our teas are located in remote rural areas and are often the main employer in the area. They provide jobs to thousands of workers along with housing, schools and medical facilities free of charge to their workers. These provisions are a huge benefit to these communities who otherwise would not have access to this level of support.

We source our tea through members of the Ethical Tea Partnership meaning our tea comes from estates that undertake responsible land use practices, therefore land not used for tea cultivation, remains in its natural state or is reforested as part of the estates managed forestry program.

Unrefined Cane Sugar
 
We believe that to get the best out, you need to put the best in. Which is why we feed our Kombucha cultures with the absolute best unrefined cane sugar to provide it with 17 amino acids, 11 minerals, 6 vitamins and antioxitants. This gives our culture the best start in life and produces the finest kombucha possible.
 
The resulting kombucha is naturally low in sugar because the fermentation process consumes nearlyall of the sugar. you can find out more about our fermentation process here.

 

Mad about hops!

When we set out on this mission, our vision was to create a range of hop infused kombucha to create a refreshing alcohol free drink with uniquely aromatic flavour profiles.

We only use hops form suppliers with strict standards to ensure the freshness and quality of the hops send us. Our process extracts essential oils from whole cone hops and retains the full natural aromas and flavours of the hops themselves.
